GENERAL INFORMATION ON
VOTING

 

  1. Corporate Offices Up For Voting (One vote for each Position)  

    • President

    • Vice President

    • Secretary

    • Asst Treasurer (for Programs)

  2. All voting to be done on the Website of williamandmaryboyd.com 

  3. Voting begins September 1, 2025

  4. Voting Ends May 31, 2026

  5. Enter only one name each for each office. President, for Vice President, Secretary, Assistant for Programs. Note: each vote is for one office / office only.

GENERAL INFORMATION FOR CANDIDATES RUNNING FOR OFFICE

 

  1. Donation of One Hundred ($100) Dollars is mandatory when running for office.  Funds collected from these donations will be used for following expenses:

    • Website Changes; 

    • Event Pass/Ticket; 

    • Marathon Free Pass; 

    • Scholarships and Programs update for 2025 - 2026.

  2. Only Family members seventeen (17) and over are eligible. 

  3. Website space is free for candidates! - (1/4 page) the six (6) months of Jan, Feb, March, April May and June; all within year 2026. 

    • Additional website space: $200 1/2 page,  3/4 page  $300, full page 350 )

  4. One (1) Free pass to any “Boyd Foundation” event for 9 month voting duration of the Foundation: This “free Pass” begins when the $100 registration is paid.   

  5. Current Foundation officers and Executive Committee may run for any of the offices by paying the one hundred ($100) “candidate fee”.
